1. All cancellations of entries must be made in writing via email to the organizers. No phone or verbal cancellations accepted.

 

2. Cancellations of entries received up to the end of the day on March 5, 2024 will be 100% refunded.

 

3. There will be no refunds for cancellations of entries received after March 5, 2024.
